Our Goal: Protect Our Clients & Community

Our founding partners established Winters Spelman, Law with one goal in mind: to protect the people and communities who rely on us. The steps to accomplish this goal vary depending on the practice area.

Below are details about how we seek to offer protection when handling family, estate, personal injury, civil, tax, and business law matters:

  • Family law: Our compassionate attorneys aim to efficiently resolve family law disputes using negotiation, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods. However, we are not afraid to pursue litigation to secure the outcomes our clients deserve.

  • Estate planning: We collaborate with clients to create comprehensive estate plans that safeguard assets and wealth for the benefit of their loved ones' futures and their own.

  • Personal injury: We fight zealously to recover the maximum compensation in cases involving car, truck, motorcycle, and slip-and-fall accidents, among others.

  • Civil litigation: When disputes arise, our seasoned litigation lawyers can work to resolve them in a way that is time-saving and cost-efficient.

  • Tax planning: Our team develops strategies to minimize tax liabilities and thus preserve more of what our clients earn. We also represent clients in tax disputes with the IRS and state agencies.

  • Business law: From business formation to contract negotiations and litigation, we provide strategic guidance and advocacy for clients who are starting, growing, or selling a business.
